My eldest brother was turning 60 on January 1st, so I wanted to do something special for his party. I borrowed this idea from one of Collette Peters' books. I didn't have all of the equipment needed so I changed a few things. It was the first time I made such a large cake, so it was a learning experience for me. I was pretty happy about the way it turned out. The bottom layer was a dummy, and the top 3 layers were different kinds of cake.
