Strawberry Shortcake Cakepops

Strawberry Cakepops made for my little girl's party at school. She loves Strawberry Shortcake and I decided to make cakepops for the kids instead of cupcakes. The pops were made with the Babycakes Cakepop machine that I purchased at Kohls. The machine is easy to use and the cakepops baked well in the machine, but decorating them was a little tricky. The cakepop was funfetti cake mix. I dipped the finshed cakepop into the red chocolate that was just the wilton minimelts. The Stem on the strawberry was fondant made with a rose calyx and the seeds were white fondant. Each Pop was individually bagged in clear cookie bags and tied with coordinating ribbon and arranged in a flower pot to go with the Strawberry Shortcake theme. This was my first time making cakepops and I must say they are very labor intensive, but my little girl was thrilled with how they came out so it was worth it to see her smile! Thanks so much for looking! :)
