Making these was an education. I now understand why there were so many pics of fondant angry birds and none of cake pops. Inside they are red velvet with cream cheese frosting.

Thanks! No, I considered making pigs, too, but this is my first venture into complicated cake pops, and I was doing well to have even this many varieties. I'll definitely make some next time, though.
