I made this cake a few years ago for a neighbors son's birthday. He loved the Incredible Hulk! The cake is all buttercream. I did the drawing "mostly" freehand. I tried to take the picture and outline it and then place it on the cake, but when I pulled the picture most of the outline came with it. So I just had to do my best freehand. I also took a brush that I had bought just for cake decorating and used it in hot water to "paint" my cake smooth.
