This is another cake ordered by a coworker. It's red velvet filled with chocolate mousse (I used the heart filled cake pan from Wilton), then iced with chocolate mousse and covered with chocolate ganache. The hearts on top are candy melts intertwined with the chocolate covered strawberries.
