A baby shower cake: 10" square bottom layer - chocolate WASC torted and filled with chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream; center layers filled with Caramel SMBC; iced with chocolate buttercream. Top layer - vanilla WASC torted and filled with white chocolate ganache, raspberry fruit filling; iced with white chocolate IMBC. The decorating scheme was taken from the baby boy's nursery: red, white, lt gray, dk gray. All decorations were MMF and gumpaste. The 'damask' ribbon were cut from Wilton's new sugar sheets.
