Love the look of this cake. Would you mind sharing how you did the green bands at the bottom of each cake?

Just roll the fondant long enough to reach around. Measure the center at about 3" tall for the peak . Cut down to each end from there then wrap it on the cake.

I really really love the optical illusion effect of the slanted green. VERY clever and classy! I hope you don't get tired of this one b/c I bet you make it a LOT!
