Another one of my friends has turned 21 and she had an awesome elephant themed party to celebrate. The cake was decorated with marshmallow fondant, which gave me quite a lot of problems trying to cover the taller tiers as you can probably tell - I find MMF dries out a bit too quickly and isn't always very stretchy - a shame because it tastes so good! Apart from some wobbling issues with the top tier during construction I like the way this one turned out. Sorry it's not such a great photo!
