S'mores cupcakes with graham cracker crust, chunks of milk chocolate, chocolate cake, and toasted marshmallow frosting. Topped with graham cracker "sand" and marshmallow fondant sea creature toppers. I added 2 Tbsp gumpaste mix to the marshmallow fondant to make it harder, and used molds I bought online to make the shells and starfish. The sand dollars were shaped by hand.
The cake is a strawberry white chocolate mousse cake. I used gel color to dye the frosting blue. It has some of the same fondant toppers as the cupcakes, plus some seaweed I made from MMF as well.
