Made for my MIL's party. She's Italian, so she thought it was hilarious. We had to put a sign on it to stop people from trying to eat it before dessert. Carrot cake, cream cheese frosting with a small amount of yellow, Rocher chocolate balls, strawberry jelly with some yellow and grated white chocolate for the parmesan.
