For my twin niece's birthday - We had two cakes like this. One white w/ lemon filling bottom tier with red velvet w/ cream cheese filling top tier. The other was chocolate w/ caramel pecan filling with yellow w/ icing filling top tier. Minnie Mouse head on smash cake was the top of a sippie cup. TFL
