I wish I would have covered the board...that being said, the hat is yellow cake covered in fondant and the stripes are painted on. The fish bowl is plastic, the fish is rice crispy covered in fondant. The small cake is red velvet covered in fondant and hand painted dots. The umbrella is made of gum paste on a wire frame.
