Daisy and Bird Wedding Cupcakes

This was my first wedding! 200 cupcakes and a 6" mini cake. Four different flavors: Red Velvet with Cream Cheese frosting, White cake with Vanilla Buttercream, Chocolate Chip with Vanilla Buttercream and Strawberry with Dark Chocolate Ganache frosting. The mini cake is Strawberry cake with Chocolate Ganache filling and Cream Cheese frosting covered in fondant. The nest is made of dark chocolate and toasted coconut.
