I was asked to do a groom's cake for 100 people. It had to be Mossy Oak camouflage, include a hunter, a deer and a Remington rifle. I've done other 3D cakes for this family so they push the envelope a little more each time!!! The cake itself is pina colada with pineapple cream cheese filling and cream cheese icing, covered in fondant. I created a lit duck pond in the middle of the pillars. All elements such as leaves, logs, ducks, reeds, grass are gumpaste. Trees are chocolate and tinted rice krispies.
