This cake was for a client Birthday. Her theme was alter ego. The top layer is white infused with strawberry, The 2cnd layer is white with buttercream and the bottom layer is red velvet with cream cheese frosting. This was my first tiered cake and i am glad it stacked well and held up all night. The customer loved it so that made me very happy!
