Hello Kitty/Zebra Cake

18", 14", 10", 6" round cakes made for a Quincenera. Hello Kitty and the numbers 15 are gumpaste. The numbers are painted hot pink and covered in disco dust. The zebra stripes are the Wilton Sugar Sheets in black. They are such a time saver! The cake is frosted with Pastry Pride and the ribbon is fabric. I used PVC pipes for the dowels and they worked great! And talk about inexpensive, I bought 1 pipe that measured 10ft by 1/2inch in diameter and had some left over. I paid $1.88 for the whole piece.
