1st birthday Princess 3 tier cake. The bottom tier is a 10 inch vanilla sponge rainbow cake with vanilla buttercream, the middle and top tiers are 7 and 4 inch white chocolate mud cakes with white chocolate ganache filling. The cake is iced in fondant with edible shimmer dust over it all, quilt embossing, satin ribbon and royal icing piping. The crown topper is hand made from royal icing.
