Corn party

A barrel full of corn for Nadine and Philippe?s annual Indian corn party. The cake is red velvet iced with creamcheese frosting. All decorations are fondant. The corns are Rice Krispies cereal treats that I simply covered with fondant. I embossed the corn leaves with a real leave that I let dry before, I think it looks real and I am really please with the result ! I also like the effect of the wood barrel that is also fondant. I put some bronze luster dust on the metal parts for a shinny effect.
