Bottom layer was yellow cake with bavarian cream filling. Middle layer was chocolate cake with almond filling. Top layer was chocolate cake with mint filling. The roses actually looked better than the picture. They were white with pink tips.
dky... the bride picked out the topper and I didn't care for it either. The roses were white butter cream, I striped the bag with pink buttercream and turned the rose tip (#4 I think) so that the top (smaller end of tip) lined up with the pink stripe. Then I just made the roses as normal (with a flower nail).
