I had to make a ton of these for a women's group. I made the tiaras myself on my computer, I just bought 8.5x11 pink thick paper at the store and put it in the printer. Using a very simple program I typed "Princess" in dark pink. I also put sticker pearls around "Princes" I put 3 tiaras per page, printed them, cut them out. I do have my own template that I made and saved on my computer now for the tiaras! I frosted the tops of the cupcakes in a lot of different ways and then sprinkled edible glitter on top. Some of the tiaras... I glue-sticked paper gems on each prong.
