ape, the dripped icing is "almond bark" (sold in the grocery store at Christmas time) melted in the microwave with a little bit of shortening (tablespoon?) to thin it a little. Just put in a bag with a tiny cut end or use a number 3 tip. You could use white chocolate instead of almond bark. I just do a continuous "m" motion with my hand; very easy. Oh, to microwave, just make sure you heat at 25 second intervals. Heating too long can burn the chocolate or bark. I usually heat 25 seconds; stir; ...
