This is my very first carved cake! I was scared to death! I think I did ok, but I can definitely see room for improvement! The bottom of the Trex body was made from a wonder mold pan. The head is a 6" chocolate sitting on foamcore. I didn't level the cake and I trimmed out a peanut"ish" shape. Then I put the extra cake on top of his nose. The arms, feet, and tail are all fondant. The thighs are rkt covered in fondant. Thanks for looking!
