My Mums first anniversary cake. First time I'd made proper roses with each petal, it took me AGES at first! I dont know how well you can see the rose imprint on the cake, it was made to match the material of her dress which was like a two toned thing. The pink ribbon across the cake matched the pink ribbon and rose on her shoes, and the roses matched her bouquet. I also got three lines of pink hearts running through the middle layer of the cake just because it was an anniversary celebration :) It looked much nicer in real life than it does on this photo I think.
