based on the musical, 'wicked' on Broadway, the bottom tier is the New York skyline and the sides of the top tier is based on the poster for the musical. the top of the cake has a witches hat complete with cobweb and spider, a broomstick and wand and to finish, a bottle of 'green elixir'.
