Dancing Princess Cakes

This was my first exempt at molded cakes, I made this for my friends daughter Emma's Birthday party. It is a Lemon chiffon cake with a fresh raspberry filling. I also made plain vanilla for the extra princesses. Everything was edible. I used pretzel rods coated in white chocolate [so they did not go soggy] as dowels. The children varied in age from 1 to 78
