My first ever effort at making a themed cake or my daughters' birthdays (they are close together!) The towers are ice-cream cupcakes baked in the cones and fixed with cocktail sticks. The main cakes are giant muffins, top layer is home-made lemon curd and the bottom layer is raspberry cheesecake with marscapone in the middle!
