The butterflies were made with a metal cookie cutter and Jolly Ranchers that I melted in the oven. Let them set a bit and fold to make the butterflies more lifelike. Mixing colors created some cool effects and it's super easy. The kids like the butterfly suckers more than the cake. Good thing I made extras so all kids got one.
