This cake was a white cake with buttercream icing. I stacked thre 10 inch square cakes for the bottom box and three 6 inch square cakes for the top. Fondant was used to cover the boxes. I cut panets instead of covering the cakes with one sheet. This helps the boxes to look more like boxes. I used a suare cupcake for the smaller gift boxes. I stacked 2 of them for height. Cake balls were used to give the truffles look. The jewelry was ALL hand made with gumpaste and are replicas of actual Tiffanys pieces. The mini gift bag on the back of the cake was made with fondant. All of the jewelry was painted with luster dust. The purple butterfly and ribbon was a personal tribute to lupus (the cake was made for someone who has lupus)
