This is my first ever fondant castle cake! I used a 6inch and a 9inch cake! The towers are not all edible they are made from PVC pipe covered in fondant! Also the turrets are not all edible either! These I actually used party hats cut down to size and then covered them in fondant too (these were not my idea I got this idea from another much more experienced and more talented cake artist it was also her design that inspired my castle aswell) The tiara is gumpaste as are the little flags but all other decorations are just fondant!
