Brasher 50Th Anniversary Cake on Cake Central

14", 10" and 6" square cake with a separation and a 6" round cake on top with fresh flowers in the separation. The cake is iced in buttercream, and I used the diamond impression mat with edible pearls at the intersections. On the middle tier, I piped a swirl pattern and also applied edible pearls for decoration. On the top tier, I used a dot mat to coordinate with the diamond mat and applied pearls to match the design. I dusted the cake with sparkle dust. The streamers and bow are a gumpaste/fondant blend.
