This cake was made to match the picture of the baby bedding that was given to me. I cut the deers and the squirrel out by hand with an exacto knife. The grass pasture have been made few days before to let them dry so it can hold around the cake. I made the cake higher on the back and lower in front so we can see the design. This cake was for Emile first birthday. I hand painted the flowers on the letters. This is a marble cake with custard filling, iced with chocolate ganache than covered with fondant.
