This is only my second attempt at fondant and my first attempt at filligree. I liked a lot better until I saw it on the computer. YIKES! Oh yeah, first time with ribbon roses too, a lot of firsts. This was just a practice cake. My boys liked well enough:)
Love your ribbon roses and cake stand! Looks like you may be dragging your tip too close to the cake causing a smearing effect. Wonderful first attempt. Bravo for you
