This cake was made for an avid baseball fan who turned the big 1-6 this past weekend! The home base and the baseball cap are carved from red velvet cake. The home base is cream cheese buttercream and the cap is covered with fondant. I was going to put a closeup shot of the baseball cap, but unfortunately the site isn't letting me add additional photos right now. Maybe later!
