This cake was made for a 35th Birthday. The birthday boy is a stocker broker who loves the Penn State Nittany Lions football team. So the cake was designed to reflect those two important themes. The cake is covered in white fondant, blue fondant border, to reflect the schools colors. The crown was made from gumpaste, and sprayed gold and silver. The football is made out of rkt, thinly iced and covered in fondant with fondant details. The penn state logo was hand carved out of fondant. The rest of the details were all made of fondant as well.
