I used 2 of the cakes from Wilton's Mini Wonder Mold, one up one down, for the body (w/a little trimming)-- crumb coated and covered in 90% RBC/10% GP (shirt, vest, & pants) -- stripes on shirt and black on vest done with food color markers -- Modeling chocolate head, arms (attached w/floral wire), & legs -- Gum-paste bandana, badges, buttons, pull string, belt, belt buckle, holster, & boots.
