In the spirit of the first game of the season, I had to make my dad a WVU cake. I used cardstock paper again on this cake to cut out the logo. (I did have a brain fart though and put my logo on aluminum foil instead of wax paper and it stuck, so it looks a little rough. I almost cried). This is just white cake with chocolate buttercream and filled with whipped chocolate ganache. And of course, I used MMF.
