Cascading Blossoms on Cake Central

The top tier was a lemon cake with buttercream and lemon curd filling, and the bottom tier was a Valrhona chocolate cake with buttercream and raspberry filling. The cake was covered in handmade fondant and approx. 200 handmade fondant blossoms. The centers of the large blossoms were painted with edible gold dust to match the ribbons.
