I did these two for a Spring meeting yesterday of my spinning and weaving group. Couldnt decide whether to go bright or pink with cherry blossoms so did two smaller book cakes. One choc with ganache and the other WASC decorated with fondant. Loved the look of the gnarly chocolate tree branch and flowers were much easier than I expected. TFL
