This was the hat he was receiving for his promotion in the Navy. They just had a baby girl as well, and when the sent me that picture I just HAD to incorporate it somehow. WASC cake with Vanilla buttercream, all fondant and gumpaste decorations. Very honored to be a part of this celebration!
