This is a Peanut Butter & Oreo ice cream cake. I used a cheesecake pan, wrapped it in plastic wrap, put the cookie crust in, than added peanut butter ice cream- added another layer of plastic wrap and let it sit in the freezer for a couple of hours. Once good and solid- I removed the sides of the cheesecake pan, and using the plastic wrap as the handles I transferred it to a plate where I drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkled additional peanut butter candies on top with whipped cream!
