I used Satin Ice Dk Choc. fondant for this cake, and used The Mat to roll it out with for the very first time!! (Love that thing!!!) WASC with chocolate bc filling. Piped the design in BC. Fondant bands for borders. The Autumn accents are simply something I placed in the photo for style elements. When the cake gets delivered to the wedding, however, it will have a single big red bloom which is currently at the reception site. Thanks for looking!
