Very nice!! How did you make your strings?

The strings are made from fondant. I used an OXO herb chopper (its like a pizza wheel with 3 evenly spaced blades) to cut ribbons and then cut those ribbons down the middle. Thanks for the compliment!!

BTW Hyperactive- there are probably a lot of easier ways to do strings, such as piping icing, but I was not working in my own kitchen....
