I'm sorry the shared template isn't available anymore.  The template I actually used was comprised of a couple of different ones found through Eiffel tower clipart image searches then resisized them so they matched up in either paint or office program.  I then printed the multiple pages and taped them together. It is a daunting task and I wish I had saved the final compilation of images but I didn't think about it until I was writing the tutorial.
