The fan was inspired by a pic of another cake, I dont know the exact link when I searched on google image(edible art) I found it and it took me 3 hours to draw a pattern.I piped 11 parts of this pattern with RI to make a completed a fan.you can see the completed lace fan on my photo gallery.
