Was asked to do a fire engine and fire cupcakes for a little boys 3rd birthday. Vanilla sponge iced with fondant. This was my first fire engine and have learnt a lot from my mistakes. But I did like the way my cupcakes turned out. They were just made from buttercream icing that I coloured with two colours to get the two tone.
