so this was my first topsy turvy cake! about half an hour after i put it all together, though, my middle tier started to crack in half. thank goodness it was a cake just for the family! lol. lollipop sticks do wonders!! otherwise i was pretty happy with the way it turned out. spongebob and patrick are gumpaste, rocks and jelly fish are fondant, and top tier has grahm crackers on the frosting for sand.
