The top cakes were white velvet with strawberry buttercream frosting, and the bottom tiers were made with my Gramma Jewel's famous Red Earth cake recipe with dark chocolate buttercream frosting.

The horseshoe and sheriff's star toppers were made out of gumpaste, then painted with silver and gold dust mixed with vanilla vodka. The daisies were also made out of gumpaste and royal icing. The bandana was real because the fondant one just wasn't working.
