This is a mocha cake with caramel inside, covered in buttercream icing and marshmallow fondant. The guinea pig "turds" are chocolate covered coffee beans. The grass is shredded coconut dyed with food coloring. The whiskers are whole wheat spaghetti. Kopi the guinea pig is posing with the cake and was also, obviously, the model for this creation.
