This is a white cake with lemon filling covered with a coat of buttercream and covered with marshamllow fondant. The fondant is cut out with a leaf-shapped cutter. This cake is for a fire-shower for a couple who lost their house to a fire a month ago. I thought I would take the shape and colors of fire and make them into a flower... taking something bad to make it beautiful.
