Ordered for an employer who said her builders had worked so hard & jumped through hoops getting their work done. She wanted to say thank you to them. The cake is a tropical fruit flavored cake with passion fruit BC filling & frosting. Tools around the cake are chocolate. All other decorations are fondant mixed with some tylose & flavored with orange oil. Everything is edible.
